Ohio woman who claims innocence in 1994 murder to be released

Tyra Patterson, who has spent more than two decades in prison for a murder she maintains she had no part in, will walk free by Christmas after a parole board ordered her release. The Guardian

Ohio, like all other states, has a population of innocent prisoners, some even on Death Row. It is imperative that these people’s lives be preserved until every stitch of guilt or innocence has been investigated.
