Jerry Miller is the 200th person to be exonerated by DNA testing in the United States. He was cleared by a Chicago judge last week, after serving 24 years in prison and 11 months on parole as a registered sex offender for a crime he didn’t commit. Tonight on PBS, he will join Bill Moyers, of the
