Exoneree Dennis Maher will speak at a symposium on April 17 at Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire. The discussion, entitled “When Justice Fails, Perspectives of the Exonerated Defendant and His Prosecutor,” will also feature comments from J.W. Carney Jr., who was the prosecutor in both of Maher’s convictions and also worked actively for Maher’s exoneration when evidence of his innocence came to light. The event is free and open to the public.
