Justice in the United States can be expensive. Many of our clients were living below the poverty line when they were wrongfully convicted, and their lack of resources certainly made them more vulnerable to injustice. Now, they are seeking DNA testing to prove their innocence, and most prisoners can’t afford these costly tests.

The thorough testing we conduct costs $8,500 in an average case, and some cost much more than this. But there’s no way to put a price tag on freedom. We have more than 250 clients right now, and we’re committed to paying for DNA testing in every case we take on.

We’re seeking to raise $25,000 by midnight tonight for our dedicated DNA testing fund. Every dollar given through this campaign will go to pay for DNA tests.
