Natasha Jhala
Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships Communications
Natasha Jhala joined the Innocence Project in December 2023 as the Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships. She is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing key marketing opportunities and collaborations, particularly as they relate to partnerships and special events. She oversees overall celebrity and talent engagement, as well as two key programs — the Speaker’s Bureau and the Ambassadors program.
Prior to the Innocence Project, Natasha was most notably the Director of Global Marketing (User Engagement + Loyalty) at Global Citizen, working with celebrities, brands, sports leagues, and corporate partners across 18 countries and designing fresh ways to engage audiences in the work of the global non-profit that is committed to ending extreme poverty. During her time, she substantially built out their membership program and loyalty strategy, expanding into new markets across Canada, South Africa, Nigeria, Australia, Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Natasha earned a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H) degree from Columbia University, focusing on Environmental Health Studies and Toxicology. She graduated from Union College, earning a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Spanish.
