Liz joined the Innocence Project as a paralegal in March 2025.
She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2022 with a B.A. in political science and minors in Asian American studies and geography. Upon graduating, Liz was selected for the Partners for Justice (PFJ) Fellowship to strengthen client-centered representation in New Orleans. She worked for over two years as a client advocate at Orleans Public Defenders, where she helped more than 100 people navigate their legal cases, advocate for alternatives to incarceration, and rebuild their lives post-release.
Liz is committed to supporting the Innocence Project’s clients and creating a more fair and compassionate justice system.
