Supreme Court Heard Death Row DNA Case This Morning
This morning, the Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of a Texas death row inmate whose attorneys are trying to use a federal civil rights law to force the local prosecutor to turn over evidence in his case for DNA testing.
The Associated Press reports that the justices did not indicate if their outcome would prolong Skinner’s appeals or quickly lead to his execution.
