Hello my name is Debi Dominguez and I have a nephew that is in prison for 18 years. When he got arrested the cops filed false charges against him and the District attorney forced him to take the plea deal that they were giving him. They said he kidnapped his sister and nephew and he didn’t. They also said that he assaulted the officer and he didn’t. That is the plea deal they made him take. I want to know if there is anyway that you can help him to shorten his sentence.

I was wondering if you are considering working on Scott Peterson’s cas, after watching the special I think his case needs to be looked at by the innocence project.

We've helped free more than 240 innocent people from prison. Support our work to strengthen and advance the innocence movement.
