The contact information you provide when you register, donate, subscribe or take action (such as your name and email address) will be used only for purposes related to The Innocence Project. It will be used to send you the information you request (such as press releases and action alerts), and updates about The Innocence Project and its website.

After registering, you will receive an email that:

Confirms for us that your email address is current and active. 

 Notifies you that your registration has been received.

Authorized employees of Convio have limited access to your personally identifying information, solely to provide technical assistance to Innocence Project staff, as we use the Convio software to manage sections of our website. Convio does not share your personally identifying information. Convio does not have access to your financial information.

All financial information provided to the Innocence Project  is collected using SSL encryption, on a secure portion of our website hosted on Convio’s secure server – secure2.convio.net. Secure2.convio.net is a VeriSign Secure Site, authorized to transmit encrypted financial information to VeriSign, a company that securely processes online financial transactions. VeriSign uses your financial and personal information only to process your transaction, and neither stores nor shares that information.

Visitors to this website who have javascript enabled are tracked anonymously using Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect user information such as the number of pages visited, the referring website, the time spent on the site, the browser and operating system and the IP address. Google analytics does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses or any financial information.
