, represents Oliver. Oliver was convicted in 1991 of the rape and murder of an 11-year-old girl, and DNA tests on samples collected from the girl’s autopsy point to a man other than Oliver. The Innocence Project filed a motion in January seeking additional testins to resolve any doubts about Oliver’s innocence. On March 26, Pennsylvania Judge Leonard Zito ordered additional testing on the girl’s bra, underwear and sweatshirt, which have been preserved since trial.
