Frank Eugene “Hill” Harper is an American actor, writer, and political candidate. He is most known for his roles in CSI: NY, Limitless, and The Good Doctor. Mr. Harper is also the author of several books, including Letters to an Incarcerated Brother, In 2016, hecame by the Innocence Project office to meet staff and film a promotional video for the organization.
“I've played characters that have been in prison, and in jail. I've worked in jailed. But just think if you were. Whatever work we can do to find a way for innocent people to be released, find a way to pressuring people, stop mass incarceration, I want to serve.”
