Innocence Project Co-Director Peter Neufeld argued yesterday before the Supreme Court that prisoners have a constitutional right to DNA testing that can prove their innocence. Innocence Project client William Osborne is pursuing DNA testing that can prove his innocence but has been denied access to the evidence by Alaska authorities.
