Sandhya Reju Boyd is the first In House Counsel for the Innocence Project. She began her career as a non-profit civil litigator, primarily representing low-income tenants facing eviction in Brooklyn. She previously served as in-house counsel for The Fresh Air Fund and RiseBoro Community Partnership. She earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. in English from George Washington University. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing and socializing foster kittens.
